- Up to 2 Pets are Welcome! We do have a one time fee of $25 and dog beds are available @ no charge.
- There is a one time cleaning fee of $40 for each standard cabin and $50 for the deluxe cabin
- You are entitled to a 100% refund is canceled 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- We do hold a $250 security deposit in case of any rental or property damages that will be reissued to you within 48 hours of check out.
- Owners and Maintenance are available 24/7 with information provided once rental is booked
- We strive to uphold the most meticulous cleaning standards based on CDC guidelines
- Your protection and privacy are important to us. Please be aware that we do use surveillance cameras to monitor the property when we are not there.
- Firewood is available (donation accepted)
- Ice (currently not available)
- Gas Grill, Griddle and yard games are available to all guests. A code to the shed will be given to you on your arrival.
